Part payment / deposit - 25% of total booking - to secure your booking.  

The remaining balance is due to be paid 20 days prior to the guest's arrival.

If a booking is cancelled 2 months prior to the guest's check-in date, the deposit is refundable. Otherwise, if the reservation is cancelled after the above period, the deposit is non-refundable
