The villa is on the outskirts of the hamlet and so has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding lush countryside and mountains. Quiet and private but not isolated, just 0.6km from the centre of the picturesque village of Margarites where there are traditional tavernas, cafes and a super-market. The village of Margarites also has a renowned pottery where visitors have the opportunity to watch the ceramic pottery being made.

Kitchen Livingroom

The fully equipped kitchen next to the living room will give you the opportunity to prepare meals for the whole family! It contains a large refrigerator, 4 ring stove and an oven, a microwave, dishwasher, a toaster, one espresso and filter coffee machine, an indoor dinning table and dishes and utensils. The living room has a huge sofa and a 32inch tv-satelite for movies and relaxation

Bedrooms

There is one rooms upstairs. It features a double bed. There is a WC with a shower a toilet and a sink. Also there is a Big balcony with an extrordirary view. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another one that features a single bed and a desk. Also downstairs there is the main bathroom. All the rooms are big and an extra bed or baby cot can be installed.

Pool Area

At the outside area of the villa, there is a barbeque, the pool (25sq.m.) and a big dinning table with a kiosk, suitable for parents watching out for their chilrden. The pool is equiped with 6 sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is completelly private.
